WILLIAM J. MACDONALD
Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer
Bill has over 30 years senior management experience in content production with Paramount Pictures Corporation and the Bob Evans Company. Bill’s production screenplays and movies includes the HBO miniseries ‘Rome’. Bill earned a B.A. from Georgetown University and J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
Eric is managing director of Happiness Capital, a venture capital firm based in Hong Kong, China. Eric has over 25 years management experience working with technology companies in Asia including LKK Health Products Group Ltd., CapGemini, Agenda Group, and Wunderman, a WPP marketing and advertising company. Eric was Lecturer in Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University and a research scientist at University College London, both in the United Kingdom.
JOHN F. GEORGE, JR
Since 2013, Dr. George has served as president and chief executive officer of Biomedical Research Foundation, an economic development non-profit organization in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. George has over 25 years entrepreneurial and executive management experience as founder and CEO of a long-term acute care hospital system. John earned a B.S. in Geology from Centenary College and a M.D. from Louisiana State University.
ROBERT J. ELDER, JR
After retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 2009 as a lieutenant general where Dr. Elder was responsible for the 8th Air Force and served as the first commander of Air Force Network Operations and cyberspace missions, Bob has been engaged in advising technology companies. Bob earned B.S., M.S., Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering all from the University of Detroit.
Allan is executive director of Happiness Capital, Ltd. in Hong Kong. Allan earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Allan has over 20 years experience on Wall Street and Main Street in progressive levels of responsibility in corporate finance, executive management and investments.
MARCUS L. MORTON
Co-Founder, President, Interim CEO
Marcus has over 25 years marketing, licensing, promoting and creating content with DreamWorks, EMI Records Group North America, OneNetNow, Inc., and both large and independent music and film producers and production technology companies. Marcus has produced several feature length films including the Sony-released ‘You Got Served’. Marcus has twice served on the California State Film Commission. Marcus earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Louisiana Tech University.
STEPHEN W. GRAY
Steve has over 30 years experience in data science and game entertainment as a software and game engineer and executive for leading technology organizations including NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Square, Electronic Arts and Tencent Holdings Ltd. He founded Heavy Iron Studios, which sold to THQ. Before co-founding Asteri, Steve served as executive in charge of production at Tencent Games in China for eight years. Steve earned a B.S. in mathematics and computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Michele has over 20 years management experience in advertising and media working with media and entertainment companies CMP Media and United Business Media, now units of Informa PLC. She is responsible for Asteri’s user community media platforms and advertising alliances. Michele earned a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and M.F.A from Mills College.

This feedback capture can begin as early as Week One of development, is statistically significant, highly actionable, and can help inform creators’ design decisions.

At our core, we are content creators. We are very focused on building our own portfolio of hit content in all its forms: games, films, episodic, linear, short form and music. We leveraged the Asteri Network and Analytics platform in the development of Gobsmax Galaxy, a game targeting casual and mid-core gamers.
